Villa Arion is our 2 bedroom Villa. It is a turret style Maisonette with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and private pool. It can sleep a total of 4 people.
Villa Arion is a traditional stone built Villa. It consists of two floors in which there are the two bedrooms with their private bathrooms (floor 1/floor 2). On the first floor there is the Master Bedroom, with a Double bed, en suite bathroom and its own balcony with amazing sea view. On the second floor the Twin bedroom has got two single beds, its own bathroom, exposed wooden beam ceiling and a window with sea views that will take you far away! On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with dining table and seating space with fire place. There is also a WC with a large washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you would need on your holiday such as fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop stove, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, liquidiser, coffee maker (filter and capsule espresso for dolce gusto capsules),cooking utensils etc. The ground floor has got an exit through a French door to the balcony and private pool.
There is Air Conditioning and heating in each room, Wi-Fi internet connection, Flat TV, fireplace and outdoor furniture such as a dining table, 4 sun beds, one large pergola for plenty of shade and a lounge – extra seating area spot under the wooden pergola outside with amazing views. We also provide mobile BBQ's that work with coals.
There is parking space for one car inside the premises for Villa Arion.
The property is a complex of 3 detached Villas and is gated. The gate
opens with a code panel.
The nearest village is Nikiana coastal village at 6-7mins drive down the hill, where you can find the beach (no waves, easy for children), restaurants, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores, ATM, boat rental, etc. The walk down to the village is a nice 25min walk that is good for exercise, especially the way up. We are located uphill (thus the amazing views) and for the drive up, although all kinds of vehicles can pass (even larger trucks) as the road is paved all the way up, we recommend cars
and not vans just for your convenience and also easier parking. We have also arranged delivery services up to the Villas from the nearest supermarkets, cafes and some food places.
Our staff have a discreet presence and our property manager is on call for your every need. We can also arrange for you extra services such as boat/car rental, massage, private chef, etc.
