All houses have the possibility to accommodate extra persons (depending on the size of each house), with no extra charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY/CLIENT INFORMATION
1. If cancellation is effected 20 days prior to the arrival, deposit is refunded to the client.
2. If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 20 days prior to the date of arrival, client has to cover the 50% of the cost of his stay.
3. In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with the 50% of the cost for the remaining period of his stay.
4. In order for the booking to be considered valid, the client should have made the agreed down-payment.
